Join Chef Gill on a tantalizing journey through Japan! In this immersive cooking class, you'll discover two beloved Japanese delicacies: yakitori and tempura. Yakitori, where skewered and grilled chicken and beef take center stage, captures the essence of Japanese street food culture. Tempura is known for its light, crispy batter and delicate flavors, and Gill will show you how to prepare it with both shrimp and vegetables. In addition to the yakitori and tempura, you will prepare a mixed green salad with miso dressing and white rice. Enjoy your meal with new friends in our gorgeous dining area.
