New year, new skills—or finally sharpening the ones you maybe never learned right! Under the expert guidance of Chef Gill, who brings over 40 years of experience and teaches at NYC’s Institute of Culinary Education, you’ll learn to handle a knife with professional confidence. Master proper grip, blade control, and the classical cuts that make cooking faster, safer, and more enjoyable. PLUS, new this time: learn how to “butcher” or “break down” a whole chicken, a practical skill that opens up countless recipes and will make your cooking far more versatile.

Love Stranger Things? Step into Hawkins—by way of Maplewood—for a hands-on cooking experience inspired by the Netflix phenomenon! In this fun, family-friendly class, you’ll create monstrously delicious dishes that are equal parts comforting, nostalgic, and just a little spooky. Learn how to make:

Everything But the Kitchen Dink

Celebrate the connection between food and pickleball in this lively class led by author Sherri Holzer, inspired by her cookbook Everything But The Kitchen Dink. Drawing on her Greek heritage and love of the Mediterranean lifestyle, Sherri teaches simple, flavorful recipes and practical kitchen tips to help you eat well on and off the court. This class is all about good food and great company—no paddle required!

Spend the evening with Chef Melissa learning how to work the dough, shape each piece, and create dishes that feel equally at home in a trattoria or your own kitchen.

KPop Demon Hunters

Treat your kids to an adventure inspired by the Netflix sensation KPop Demon Hunters! In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Karen guides families with kids ages 7+ as they create and enjoy dishes straight out of the characters’ world:
