Go beyond gumbo and jambalaya for a deeper, more dynamic taste of New Orleans under the guidance of Chef Brian Bennett. With an accomplished, wide-ranging career in the kitchen and as an instructor, Chef Brian specializes in Southern and New Orleans cuisine, drawing on the flavors and techniques he learned as a young cook in New Orleans, along with his classical French training and influences from Texas ranch cooking. His approach is what he calls “respectful innovation”—honoring beloved traditions while building bold, layered flavors and memorable new interpretations.

Step into the world of Percy Jackson for a mythological cooking adventure inspired by Rick Riordan’s beloved demigods, legendary quests, and modern twist on ancient Greek mythology. Led by professional pastry chefs Chef Karen and Chef Lena, young fans (ages 7-12) will bring the magic of Camp Half-Blood to life through playful, imaginative recipes inspired by the series. Whether they’ve read the books, watched the show, or are just discovering Percy’s world, kids will have fun creating a feast fit for the gods, including:

In the next installment of Chef Ashley Nevarez’s Wild Table series, you’ll learn how to shop the farmers market with confidence, select unfamiliar ingredients, and use approachable techniques to transform them into bold, memorable dishes. With Chef Ashley’s guidance, you’ll make and enjoy:

Join us for the one-session intensive you've been asking for! Led by Chef Gill Boyd, this special four-hour experience combines a strong foundation in essential skills, classic recipes you’ll make again and again, and an approachable introduction to professional techniques. With decades spent teaching cooks and chefs from New York to Los Angeles, Chef Gill knows how to make serious culinary know-how accessible to the home cook. (Did we mention it’s also a good time?) The menu includes:

Spend a Saturday morning baking side by side with your little chef (ages 3–6) in the latest installment of our popular Family Baking series. Designed for kids and grown-ups to enjoy together, this hands-on experience is all about mixing, sifting, learning, laughing, and making something delicious as a team—with plenty of sweet memories along the way. Chef Afi Green will guide everyone through foundational baking skills as this class takes on cupcakes, finished with orange buttercream and candies to create a playful carved-pumpkin look perfect for the days leading up to Halloween. It’s a feel-good way to make the most of the season together—and one of our most accessible family experiences. (Registration covers one child + one adult, with the option to add a sibling at checkout.)
