Steak lovers, this one’s for you! In this hands-on experience, you’ll cook a French bistro-style menu alongside fellow enthusiasts, then gather around our big communal table to enjoy it all. Chef Melissa will guide you through a mouthwatering lineup:

Saturday, October 4: 5 to 8pm
Experience the bold, vibrant world of Korean BBQ in one of our most popular hands-on classes. Chef Gill will show you how to build bold, savory flavors through marinating, stir-frying, and balancing sweet, salty, and smoky notes. You’ll work with premium ingredients to create restaurant-worthy dishes, then gather around our big communal table to enjoy the incredible meal you’ve made. On the menu:

In this hands-on baking class, you’ll learn how to recreate three store-bought favorites: chocolaty, cream-filled Hostess-style cupcakes, flaky fruit-filled Pop-Tarts, and thin, crispy Tate’s cookies. Chef Karen will guide you through transforming simple ingredients into homemade versions of the treats you love—fresher, tastier, and even more fun to make yourself. By the end of class, you’ll head home with a box of sweet treats and the skills to keep baking your favorites anytime the craving hits. No preservatives, no high-fructose corn syrup, and no ingredients you can’t pronounce!

Cook the Book: Matilda

Join us for our first-ever family book club event celebrating the start of the school year! This special experience brings stories to life through cooking. Kids (ages 7 to 12) will make recipes inspired by Roald Dahl's Matilda, including:
Bruce Bogtrotter's Famous Chocolate Cake
Miss Honey's Tea Sandwiches
Matilda's Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes
Trunchbull Punch Bowl
How it works: Kids will cook together from 10 to 11:45am. One parent/adult joins for food and book discussion from 11:45am to 12:30pm. Price includes one child and one accompanying adult. Come hungry for both food and a fun chat about this beloved story and its fantastic characters!
