This Morning Bakeshop is a love letter to a classic. With Chefs Karen and Lena, you’ll bake a silky, deeply chocolatey cream pie from scratch, complete with homemade chocolate wafers inspired by the iconic Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers—yes, the ones that were discontinued just shy of their 100th birthday! For generations of bakers, those wafers were the backbone of icebox cakes, pie crusts, and late-night baking projects. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to build a smooth, luscious filling, bake crisp, bittersweet wafers, and assemble a dessert that’s nostalgic, elegant, and meant to be shared. Join us for a relaxed February morning of baking, coffee, and good company—just in time to make (or gift) something truly special on Valentine’s Day.

Back by popular demand! Some artists paint, others sculpt—Jimmy “Mozz” Ray makes masterful mozzarella, and he’ll show you how. With 20 years of experience, the cheese wiz behind @imadethemozz will guide you through each step with expertise and enthusiasm. Gain a skill that turns simple ingredients into restaurant-worthy creations, have fun doing it, and take home the freshest possible ball to enjoy later in this hands-on, make-and-take class.

Travel through some of India’s most beloved dishes in this fun, immersive cooking class. Chef Melissa leads the evening, sharing practical tips for working with spices, building depth, and bringing everything together into a beautifully balanced meal.

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz

Join us for our latest family book club event, featuring recipes inspired by The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum—a timeless classic enjoying fresh attention thanks to the Wicked films. Kids (ages 7–12) are encouraged to read the book beforehand, then cook their way through dishes inspired by the story and its unforgettable characters:
