Under Chef Andrew’s expert guidance, you’ll make classic dishes like beef pho (noodle soup), fresh spring rolls, banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich), lemongrass grilled chicken with vermicelli, and coconut sticky rice with mango. Whether you're new to Vietnamese cooking or looking to refine your skills, this hands-on class will give you the techniques and confidence to make these beloved dishes again and again.

Mother’s Day Tea Party

Mother’s Day is coming up, and we’ve planned something truly special on May 4th. Led by Chef Karen, kids (ages 7-14) will kick off the celebration at 11 a.m., preparing a beautiful tea party spread—think scones, quiches, cakes, and, of course, tea! At 12:30 p.m., their guest of honor (mom, grandma, or auntie) will join them to enjoy the delicious treats they’ve created. With space for just 10 children plus their adult guests, this charming gathering will fill up quickly. Sign up now for a Mother’s Day celebration everyone will cherish.

Korean BBQ

Saturday, May 10: 5 to 8pm

One of our most popular classes, Korean BBQ is a must—whether you’re a longtime fan or experiencing it for the first time. Chef Gill will show you how to build bold, savory flavors through marinating, stir-frying, and balancing sweet, salty, and smoky notes. Then, sit down at our big communal table to enjoy an incredible meal and soak up the fun.

Springtime Ravioli

Saturday, May 17: 5 to 8pm

Fresh flavors, handmade pasta, and a little hands-on magic—this ravioli-making class is the perfect way to celebrate spring. Chef Gill will guide you through rolling, filling, and shaping delicate ravioli, pairing them with bright, seasonal flavors. You’ll start with a crisp artichoke and arugula salad tossed in citrus dressing before crafting two stunning ravioli dishes: basil ricotta ravioli with roasted garlic and tomato sauce, and chicken and leek ravioli in a silky asparagus cream sauce. To finish, a luscious lemon zabaglione that tastes like sunshine in a bowl. A spring feast you won’t want to miss!

Cake Decorating 101

Sunday, June 1: 10am to 12 noon

Whether you're a beginner or looking to sweeten up your skills, this class will teach you how to turn any cake into a showstopper. Master frosting basics, pipe like a pro, and discover creative decorating tricks that will have you designing extraordinary cakes for any celebration. Say goodbye to supermarket cakes and hello to stunning homemade masterpieces—all with expert guidance from Chef Karen, the talent behind Mapso Sweet and formerly of The Able Baker.

Italian Summer

FATHER’S DAY WEEKEND!
Saturday, June 14: 5 to 8pm

Spend a lively night learning (and enjoying) an Italian summer menu you’ll be able to recreate for years to come! In this hands-on class with Chef Melissa, you’ll make Truffle and Mozzarella Arancini (rice balls) with Sundried Tomato Tapenade, Homemade Cavatelli with Vodka Sauce, crispy Chicken Milanese, and a luscious Limoncello Tiramisu. Happening the night before Father's Day, this experience is the perfect excuse to treat your dad (or grandpa, uncle, or someone equally special) to a memorable night out.

Sushi & Sake

Friday, June 20: 6 to 8pm

Kick off summer weekends with a Friday night sushi experience! Chef Gill will guide you through making classic tuna, imitation crab, salmon, and veggie rolls—plus show you how to create vibrant rainbow rolls—all paired with a crisp seaweed salad. You’ll also enjoy a complimentary sake tasting with your dinner. Whether it’s a date night, a night out with friends, or simply a fun way to unwind, this evening is all about good food and great company.

Bento Box for Families

Saturday, June 21: 3 to 6pm

Celebrate the end of the school year with a hands-on Bento Box class your family will love! Explore the world of Japanese-inspired flavors as you craft your own California rolls, crispy vegetable gyoza, juicy chicken katsu, and savory soba sesame noodles. Designed for families with kids ages 7+, this fun experience brings everyone together to chop, roll, and fry their way to a deliciously satisfying meal—which you'll enjoy at our communal table in our relaxing, loft-like space. Whether you're rolling sushi or mastering the art of crispy chicken, you'll leave with amazing new skills!

Backyard Summer BBQ

Get ready for a celebratory evening focused on mastering classic BBQ dishes with a twist! Chef Brian will guide you through making homemade BBQ sauce, oven-roasted ribs, and a shrimp boil wrapped in foil. You’ll also prepare a fresh apple and radish slaw to complement the meal, then top it all off with s’mores featuring ganache and toasted meringue. Whether you're perfecting your BBQ skills or simply enjoying a fun night out, this is a summer tradition that’ll make you the star of your next backyard cookout.

Gather the family to celebrate the end of the school year with a cooking experience designed for families with kids (ages 7+). Learn how to make pasta—from scratch!—and earn some serious bragging rights. Create a mouthwatering meal with creamy fettuccine alfredo with chicken, crispy/crunchy parmesan & herb breadsticks, and zesty lemony garlic broccoli. (And save room for dessert.) It’s an evening packed with flavor, creativity, and fun—perfect for making memories over an unforgettable meal!
