In this immersive experience, you’ll learn how to turn unfamiliar produce into vibrant, nourishing meals with confidence. Under the guidance of Chef Ashley, you’ll cook several approachable spring recipes together, focusing on repeatable methods you can use with whatever is in season. On the menu:

Bento has evolved into a modern favorite that blends practicality with eye-catching presentation. People still compete over the most inventive designs—but this class has zero intimidation factor. Family Baking:
Rainbow Cakes

Spend a fun Saturday morning with your budding little chef (ages 3–6) making and baking the most spectacular cake they’ve ever seen! Chef Afi guides you and your child step by step as you add color to the batter, swirl it together, bake, and frost the finished cake. Kids will thrill to the big reveal: the rainbow inside their handmade, tie-dye–style cake. It’s a class full of picture-worthy moments, made even sweeter by the pride of baking their very own cake at such a young age—an accomplishment they’ll remember. Registration covers one child + one adult, with the option to add a sibling or friend.
$65 per family: 1 child ages 3–6 + 1 adult
