The viral cake illusion trend comes to life in this playful, pastry-powered class inspired by Is It Cake? and the internet’s favorite dessert guessing game. Led by professional pastry chefs Chef Karen and Chef Lena, this one-of-a-kind cake experience will teach fun, clever decorating techniques for transforming cake into something completely unexpected. We won’t spoil the surprise of what you’ll be making, but it will be realistic enough to make everyone ask the now-famous question: Is it cake?!

For adults and children ages 7+. Children under 12 must be registered with a participating adult. Ages 14+ may attend independently.


Family Baking:
Cinnamon Apple Snack Cakes

Saturday, September 12: 9–10:15am

Enjoy quality time with your little chef (ages 3–6) in our latest Saturday morning family baking experience! This cozy fall class is all about turning the season’s favorite fruit into something sweet, simple, and memorable as you and your child make Cinnamon Apple Snack Cakes together. It’s the perfect way to keep the apple-picking fun going—mixing, baking, and enjoying a homemade treat full of warm cinnamon-apple flavor. Registration covers one child + one adult, with the option to add a sibling or friend.

The Bear

Chef Gill’s sushi classes are popular for a reason: expert guidance, restaurant-worthy rolls, and the pure fun of making sushi yourself. In this lively evening class, you’ll learn how to prepare and roll three next-level favorites:

Shrimp Tempura Rolls

• Spicy Tuna Crunch Rolls

• Soy Glazed Salmon Rolls
