Adult & Family Classes
Double Pasta Date Night
THIS WEEKEND!
Saturday, November 1: 5–8pm
Holding hands is sweet, but making pasta by hand is unforgettable. Chef Melissa will lead you through an evening of Italian classics that are as romantic as they are delicious. The hands-on menu features two pasta dishes and more:
Farfalle with Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese
Ravioli with Sage and Brown Butter
A chopped Italian Salad
For dessert, a Chocolate Torte with Chocolate Ganache
This isn’t just a cooking class—it’s connection. Between the food, laughter, and the magic of making pasta from scratch, it’s doubling down (consider making it a double date with friends!) on new skills and special memories.
Please note: Includes a complimentary glass of wine, but guests are welcome to BYOB (beer or wine) as well.
$130 per person (adult class)
Bento Box
Saturday, November 8: 5–8pm
Bento boxes have been part of Japanese culture for centuries, evolving from simple rice meals carried to work into artfully arranged, refined creations. After a postwar decline, bento made a vibrant comeback in the 1980s; today it’s more popular than ever. In this adults-only class, Chef Gill brings the tradition to life—perfect for date night, plans with friends, or simply treating yourself. Learn how to make Veggie Dumplings, crispy Chicken Katsu, Soba Noodles, and California Rolls, then gather around our communal table to enjoy it all with other newly minted bento enthusiasts! It’s bento meets dinner party: so much fun, unboxed.
